We’re all about Beautiful Flowers.

We are Clare & Alison and we established The Flower Farm in 2007.

Based on Clare’s family farm, we work from a log cabin workshop in Clare’s garden, its a place full of pretty scented flowers, the gorgeous heirloom varieties, the types that you just don’t see everyday.

Our workshop is bordered by the flower field and poly tunnel, and much of the plant material we use is especially grown here. The field is filled with the seasons favourite blooms, well over 100 different varieties in total.

The year starts with beautiful foliage, hellebores, anemones, pussy willow and blossomed stems. This leads on to our heirloom narcissus, tulips, ranunculus, wallflowers and sweet William throughout the spring. Summer brings all the cottage garden favourites like sweet peas, forget-me-not, larkspur, roses, cornflowers, love in a mist and ammi before the sunflowers, zinnia, rudbeckia, grasses and seed heads bring our year to an end.

Our floral designs are greatly inspired by the seasons.

We use our sustainable homegrown, or  local blooms whenever possible. Cultivated with care and skill, you will receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers available. We only import flowers when needed, to get the exact look you require for your wedding flowers or during the winter when our own blooms are limited.

We are based in Burscough, near Ormskirk in beautiful West Lancashire, and  design and create gorgeous, wedding flowers throughout most of Lancashire, including the Ribble Valley, Merseyside, Cheshire and the Lake District.

Weddings are our thing!

We pride ourselves on our expert floristry knowledge developed over a combined 30 years within the industry, and our personal and approachable customer service. We also believe in being able to work to all budgets, through our three very different offerings.
